Radio Hope

Radio Hope website "Utterly professional, courteous and helpful. We wanted a new, interactive, social networking-enhanced and, above all, cool-looking website for our university’s radio station. Not only did Peter and the team at iProgress meet the technical requirements of the brief but the number of suggestions they brought to the table regarding both the usability, functionality and, crucially, the look of the site enhanced the finished product no end. The quality of final website was far beyond what we could have wished for – and all for an exceptionally reasonable fee. The dialogue between the iProgress team and ourselves was very open, friendly and two-way leading to a real sense of the project being co-determined. Their enthusiasm engendered a sense that, temporarily, they were part of our team. Also, they did not blind us with impenetrable technical terms but explained everything clearly and with great empathy and humour so that we were never in any doubt as to what we were commissioning. The needs of the brief were exceeded and the product was delivered right on time. They also delivered excellent training sessions so that we could optimise the use of the site as quickly as possible.

The after care has been first rate too. Any queries are dealt with in a timely, professional and, again, friendly manner. They are only too happy to help and you are never made to feel as though you were hassling them (unlike many companies).

Overall, iProgress made the whole process not only a painless exercise but an enjoyable and exciting one. I would not hesitate to recommend iProgress to any company large or small."
